Fabulous location and the suite had everything we needed plus plenty of staples and products for cleaning and laundry. Could lie in bed and see the CN tower changing colours - WOW. The Alfreds were great to work with and very quick to respond. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again if the opportunity arose.

The location was great especially for people with a car, and our kids loved the park nearby. The house had everything in it for a long stay. The location was so good that we thought of permanently settling down in their neighbourhood, not to mention the Tom's No Frills, the TTC Bus Route to Victoria Park subway station and the Toronto Library at Dawes Road all within walking distance. The place was very homely, calm & quite, safe and well organised neat and clean with washing machine next to our 101 suite, with 24 hours independent access. We recommend this for all newcomers to Toronto and vouch for the most competitive rates in such a well connected location. Now we are a friend for life to Alfred and Barbara. I stayed at 2906 St. Clair Ave. East for 10 days, and it was a wonderful, quiet, stress-free space which was fully furnished and equipped with everything I needed. Alfred and Barbara were gracious hosts who were so thoughtful and supportive. I would highly recommend their apartments for any student or visitor to Toronto who wants a warm, friendly and hassle-free place to stay. (And I am happy to report that on the last day of my stay, I submitted my PhD for examination!)

The one I live now is extremely affordable for new comer to Canada. Public transport is on the doors, the apartment are the best for money value, it is well equipped, amazing location, close to major grocery shops (no Frills, Fresh co and many more). On the top of that, Ernest is the greatest landlord I ever met, swift actions, flexible terms and extremely friendly. Mr Alfred made relocating and renting to be much smoother than anticipated, and I would recommend Alfred apts rather than a hotel because you have your own kitchen with dishes and appliances already provided ---- you even can recieve mail while living in the apts. My wife joined me for three months, so we had sufficient room and could even have a friend sleep over one time in the extra bed. The apartment is furnished, but I added a few furniture (coffee-table, etc) for completinng the home-experience. The apartment is only 45 minutes by TTC to downtown Toronto, and very close to a small river and the giant High Park. The apartment came with free local calls, but as it was only telemarketers who called us, we unplugged the phone. Furthermore the apartment has both tv and sufficient internet for work and streaming. The two Alfred brothers delivered all the service we needed, so no complaints there. I would definetly recommend Alfreds Furnished Apartments to anybody staying for a longer period in Toronto and they will be my first call on the list if I ever plan to go back to Toronto.

Excellent links to downtown Toronto and the shopping mall is just up the road. Ernest, Barbara and Arvo are very nice people and excellent landlords. We hope shortly to be in a position to move to a 3 bedroom house but would recommend Alfred's furnished apartments to anyone visiting/settling in Toronto.

After arriving in Toronto with my family with 4 kids, I was well received by M/s Ernest and Arvo Alfreds and stayed in the well maintained apartments. Both of them have been very polite and very helpful gentlemen which made our stay memorable. Ever since my first Visit, my only choice of stay is at Alfred Furnished Apartments only and we book earlier so as to avoid disappointment. Our family was deeply impressed by the amicable attitude of Mrs Alfred who has been very helpful and informative. In our last stay, we are not finding the apartments as all were taken by the visitors, however, Mr. and Mrs Alfreds took their own interest to find us an apartment in one of the locations which has been very generous. I really recommend all the prospective visitors to Toronto to contact Mrs and Mr. Alfreds and enjoy the neat and comfortable furnished accommodation on affordable prices.

The place Weston is quiet and the No frills supermarket mets most of our needs. Mr. Alfred is a very pleasant individual who attends to any issues at the drop of a hat. I'm glad I found the place at a very stressful time after arriving in Toronto. Mr. Alfred is a very pleasant host.

What I like most is that when he promise something, he make it. Another thing is he making the renting process so easy. I usually just contact him by email, pay a deposit and then when I arrive I pay the rest and sign a contarct which only take 10 minutes or less to finish that. He make the rent duration as you wish which should not be minthly rent. I highly recommend him when you need to rent in Toronto.

The place is very convenient in terms of accessibility to bus stops, grocery stores,banks, parks and with just a few more minutes walk/stops by bus, we had access to some of the best malls for shopping. Alfred and Barbara are amazing people and they very supportive and helpful. Ernest was always there when I needed him. He would even drive us out for anything we needed. His patience, perseverance, and understanding is something I shall respect always. A very quick check in, and we had a sound sleep, thanks to the fantastic beds and quiet environment. The overall stay was very good. Lots of parks and shops around, very friendly neighbors, and a fantastic fully furnished apartment. In fact we felt very sorry to vacate the apartment. Wished we could stay there for life! This is our first time in Canada and expected some hassle to find the location and communicate without cell phone. Amazingly, since the booking of the apartments everything went smoothly. Mr. Earest was not available during our time of shifting but he arranged everything beforehand. His brother was waiting outside the building for us. We are new immigrants to Canada for a short stay to complete PR, OHIP and other formalities. This type of furnished accommodation is really perfect for us. Mr. Earnest also helped us to change the rent contract so that everybody in our family can apply for OHIP immediately. This kind of support in a new country is really unbelievable During his recent visit he asked us about our health and if we are facing any difficulties. We could only tell that everything was perfect. We would highly recommend Afred Furnished apartment to other people who are coming to Canada as tourist or immigrant.

I stayed from Dec 2016 till April third week at ST Claire Avenue, another property . The owners Earnest & Barbara were fantastic. The suite was well furnished and inviting for kids with chocolates. The kitchen well equipped and brand new washers. This certainly is a home away from home. I would recommend to all if they are looking for safe and pleasant stay be it long term or short term.
