Our studio apartment is $249.00 CDN per week.

One week in the apartments, minimum time in the condos is longer

A:
As long as you like

Q: What if I have an emergency in the middle of the night?
A:
We are available 24-7 by phone. Ernest 416-755-0309). We will address your concern as soon as possible

Q: After I move away, will you hold or forward any mail that comes to me?
A:
Yes, we do ask for a small deposit if we are forwarding your mail.

Q: When I move, will you give me a reference for future accommodations.
A:
Yes.

Q: Do you accept U.S. money?
A:
Yes.

Q: What if my plane lands in the middle of the night?
A:
Just tell us when it will land. We will be at your new home to welcome you.

Q: Can I move from one apartment or location to another if I find another one is more suitable for me?
A:
Yes, as soon as the apartment or location is available, we will tell you.

Q: Do you (Barbara and Ernest) ever go away from the city for extended periods of time, and if so, what arrangements have you made?
A:
Yes, we sometimes take a break. In that case, we have capable, experienced assistants who will look after you.

Q: What if I break a drinking glass?
A:
We expect some small damage, no problem, just tell us.

Q: What if something bigger than a glass breaks or malfunctions?
A:
Tell us immediately. If it is due to normal wear and tear, we will replace or repair. We would appreciate it if you pay for any damage you cause.

Q: Can I control the heat in my apartment?
A:
Yes.

Q: Does Toronto have free grocery delivery?
A:
Yes, to anywhere in the city

Q: Suppose I plan to stay for 2 months, then find I wish to stay an additional month?
A:
Just let us know as soon as you know you are leaving. You may extend your stay for as long as you like. We wonÂ’t rent your apartment to someone else until you have a definite leaving date.
